TC44Pro E2 DAC & Amp Adapter

The blue light on the TC44Pro E2 indicates PCM output, while the green light indicates native DSD decoding output. To achieve this:
1. Please ensure that the audio source is in DSD format (file extensions are typically .dff, dsf, or .diff).
2. The music software used can support DSD format, and relevant manual settings are required.
(For Hiby Music on Android: Go to Playback Settings > Enable “Exclusive HQ USB Audio Access” and select “Native” for DSD output mode. For iPhone: Go to Playback Settings > Enable “DoP.”)
Based on testing, the USB-C version of the TC44Pro E2 is compatible with the iPhone 15/16 series.
This is because the iPhone’s Lightning port has power limitations for external devices. When the volume exceeds a certain level (e.g., above 80%), it can surpass the power limit, causing playback to stop. In this case, you can restore normal operation by unplugging and re-plugging the DAC dongle and then adjusting the iPhone’s volume to a lower and more moderate level before resuming playback.

TC44Pro 43198 DAC & Amp Adapter

Based on testing, the USB-C version of the TC44Pro is compatible with the iPhone 15/16 series.
No, the TC44Pro (43198) does not support the inline microphone function, because it features a 4.4mm balanced headphone output, while inline headphones typically use a 3.5mm connector, making them incompatible.
Firstly, please plug the TC44Pro into the iPhone, ensuring it is securely connected. Then, swipe down from the top right corner of the phone’s screen to open the music playback module. If “TC44Pro” is displayed, it indicates that the TC44Pro has been correctly detected by the iPhone.
The blue light on the TC44Pro indicates PCM output, while the green light indicates native DSD decoding output. To achieve this:

(For Hiby Music on Android: Go to Playback Settings > Enable “Exclusive HQ USB Audio Access” and select “Native” for DSD output mode. For iPhone: Go to Playback Settings > Enable “DoP.”)

TC35Pro M2/E2 DAC & Amp Adapter

No, the TC35Pro M2/E2 do not support in-line controls.
The blue light on the TC35Pro M2/E2 indicates PCM output, while the green light indicates native DSD decoding output. To achieve this:
1. Please ensure that the audio source is in DSD format (file extensions are typically .dff, .dsf, or .diff).

Yes, it is normal to hear a slight pop sound when changing songs with the TC35Pro M2/E2.
This is due to the operational amplifier chip in the TC35Pro M2/E2, which has a relatively loud power-up sound. Actually the internal circuitry is already equipped with an electronic switch to minimize this pop sound, the current popping sound has already been reduced to the lowest feasible level.

TC35M2 / TC35CM2 DAC & Amp Adapter

Yes, the TC35M2 / TC35CM2 dongle supports in-line calls, and the connected headphones must be of the CTIA standard for in-line control.
Due to differences in the internal protocols of line control, iPhone-specific line control headphones connected to the TC35M2 / TC35CM2 do not support volume adjustment and only support play/pause and call functions.

TC28CPro DAC & Amp Adapter

No, the TC28CPro adapter does not support fast charging. It comes with a standard black charging cable, and it’s recommended to use this cable for charging. Using a fast charging cable (especially with a fast charger) may pose a risk of damaging the connected devices, so it is not advised to use fast charging cables with the TC28CPro adapter.
When the TC28C Pro is connected to an external power source, it can only charge the connected smartphone or tablet, not the DAC dongle.
This limitation is due to the differences in the internal USB protocols among various Android phone brands. Some models may experience the above-mentioned compatibility issues when used with the TC28CPro, such as certain OPPO and Redmi phones.
Starting in 2024, the iPad series use a new charging protocol, which TC28CPro is not compatible with.

TC28i Pro DAC & Amp Adapter

Fast charging is supported. The adapter comes standard with one black regular charging cable. For charging, it is recommended to use this cable to connect the TC28i Pro adapter to a power source for iPhone charging.
The TC28i Pro does not support docking stations, nor is it compatible with USB flash drives, card readers, or external hard drives.”
This is because the Lightning interface of Apple devices has limitations on external power supply. When using OTG cables/adapters with a 5V boost power supply scheme (such as the TC28i Pro), if the external decoding device (e.g., the FiiO KA17 dongle) consumes too much power, it may not be compatible for use.

TC35i DAC & Amp Adapter

It uses MFi certified Lightning chip and connector, so you are rest assured that there will be no compatibility issue. But owing to some restrictions, the TC35i, as well as other third-party earphone-related finished products, is unable to get the MFi certification.
It supports all the functions of Apple headset, including in-line controls and microphone; it supports most of the functions of CTIA standard earphones, including play/pause and answering phone call, but can’t adjust volume.
The TC35i uses official connector and chip, the audio signal will only go through the decoding and amplification. Owing to the cable-free design, it can largely reduce the influence to sound quality. The all-metal shell can more effectively shield electromagnetic interference and further ensure the lossless transmission of sound quality. So it‘s supposed to have an overall better sound quality than the Apple official adapter.
The audio output for iSO products are commonly fixed. When using the TC35i, the sampling rates is 48KHz. Sorry that there are no other detailed data can be shared.

TC35B DAC & Amp Adapter

It’s tested to be compatible with various of Type-C smartphone from brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Meizu, Huawei, etc. All the phones have no issue in playing music, but some of them don’t support in-line control volume adjustment.
If you find the in-line control volume adjustment invalid or other issues, it’s suggested to take out the earphone and use the microphone to answer your phone call. Since the line control function of phone differs from brand to brand, and some phones have special specifications for accessory agreement, so that it may make them not compatible that perfectly.
The Type-C interface on the phone would have gone through dozens of high-strength tests during the production, and the force of using the adapter is almost the same as that of using the charging cable. So if use properly, there is no need to worry about damage.

TC01A / TC01C Audio Adapter

DJ44B / DJ44C Audio Adapter

The 4.4mm socket is much bigger than the 2.5mm socket, if we still use transparent plastic housing, the wall thickness should be thicker as well, eg, the minimum required thickness is 0.4mm if use stainless steel, but would be 1mm if use plastic, which would be hard to make it as small and compact as possible. In order to make it solid as well as compact, we use the more expensive 316 stainless steel as its material.
For the DJ44B/DJ44C, we use high purity 6N OCC for internal wiring, high fidelity soldering tin for the soldering, and high quality gold-plated layer for the socket and plug. All of these make sure the transmitting signal is reliable enough, so as to guarantee the sound quality is as lossless as possible.
This is caused by the increased cost on the product processing and high quality materials. The housing and the cover are all metal and they are all processed by CNC-ed machining. One thing that needs to be mentioned is the cutting tool requires to change to a new one after processed tens of stainless steel products. In order to provide better user experience, the cost is correspondingly higher.
We’ve been asked this question before. This adapter is a dedicated accessory for earphones by switching between different plugs, it’s not a mini speaker or others.

DJ35A / DJ44A Audio Adapter

need to short out the two negative poles of the balanced output, which will possibly damage the output device, so it’s not suggested to use in this way.
There are many factors that may affect the sound quality, but for an adapter, the determining factor is the gold-plated layer. For all the DJ series products, we use high quality copper with thick galvanized gold-plated layer, to make sure it has good electrical property with the connecting points on the female jack. What’s more, the FPCB connection is very short, which has very limited effect to the sound quality.
The connection on the 2.5mm female side may be a little bit tight, so please make sure the earphone is well plugged in.

DJ44S M1 / DJ44S MAX Audio Adapter

Both of these products are designed for Sony players. The DJ44S M1 is designed exclusively for SONY NW-WM1A and NW-WM1Z, while the DJ44S MAX is designed exclusively for SONY NW-WM1AM2 and NW-WM1ZM2.

DJ44K M2 Audio Adapter

The DJ44K M2 is specifically designed for Astell&Kern players and is suitable only for those models that have both 2.5mm and 3.5mm outputs, but no 4.4mm output.
Compatible models include Astell&Kern SE200, SE100, SA700, SP2000, SP1000, SP1000M, SR25, SR15, AK70, AK70MKII, AK100II, AK120II, AK240, AK380, KANN, and KANN CUBE.
The DJ44K M2 adapter features a specially designed step (approximately 2mm high) on both plugs, allowing it to be connected directly without interference from the player’s leather case or protective cover.

TC09L / TC09S Audio Cable

The materials for both cables are completely the same, but the main differences are: 1.The TC09L cable features dual angled connectors, while the TC09S cable has dual straight connectors. 2.The TC09L cable is directional: when connected in the forward direction, it can be used to connect one decoding device, and when connected in the reverse direction, it can serve as a charing cable. In contrast, the TC09S cable is bidirectional, which means there is no need to distinguish the connection direction when connecting it to a decoding deviceand, and it does not have charging function.

TC05 M2 Audio Cable

Both models are entry-level OTG cables, with the TC05 M2 being the second generation of the TC05 series cables.
1.The plug designs are different; the former features a slim waist and trumpet-shaped opening, which better protects the cable.
2.The TC05 M2 uses an oxygen-free copper wire core with oxygen-free copper silver-plated shielding, and its wire diameter is thicker, while the TC05 has a single crystal copper silver-plated wire core (without shielding).
3.The TC05 M2 cable is directional: when connected in the forward direction, it can be used to connect one decoding device, and when connected in the reverse direction, it can serve as a charing cable. In contrast, the TC05 is bidirectional, which means there is no need to distinguish the connection direction when connecting it to a decoding device, and it does not have charging function.

MFi05 M2 Audio Cable

Please be advised that the MFi05 M2 has been tested and found to be incompatible with the Cayin RU6 and RU7 Dongle DAC. RU6 / RU7 owners should avoid purchasing this cable.

BC44Pro Audio Cable

The ground wire of the BC44Pro cable is designed to be floating, with its ends not connected to the casing. For certain headphone amplifiers, a “ground” connection is required for the audio cable in specific modes, such as the L&P EA4 in ‘ILA’ mode. So the BC44Pro is not suitable for this, and which case you can choose the BC44Net cable with grounded design.

TC03SS / TC03SL / TC03LL Audio Cable

The TC03SS/TC03SL/TC03LL OTG cables do not have a charging function and do not support charging.

Additionally, the BC150B-MV is specifically designed for Sony headphones, and its 3.5mm headphone plug has a special definition, making it incompatible with headphones of other brands.

BC150B-490 Headphone Cable

The BC150B-490 is only compatible with the Sennheiser HD 490 PRO headphones. While some other over-ear headphones, such as ZMF and Audeze, also feature dual MINI XLR 4Pin connectors, their internal pin definitions differ from those of the HD 490 PRO.
Users of ZMF or Audeze headphones can contact us for a custom-made BC150B headphone cable.

M120B / M130B Headphone Cable

The earphone cable with a metal shell of the MMCX plug is NOT suitable for use when connected to computer devices, especially desktop type. If the audio source device is not well grounded, there may be an uncomfortable feeling of electric shock in the ears。 So for better user experience, this type of earphone cable is recommended for mobile phone users. If you really want to use the M120B/M130B connected to a computer, it is recommended to disconnect the external power supply of the computer and avoid charging while using it.
If you’re experiencing issues where the call audio is not outputting through earphones connected to M120B/M130B cable, you can try the following settings: Go to “Settings -> Sounds & Haptics -> Headphone Safety” on your iPhone. Enable “Reduce Loud Audio,” and then test the call again.
When connecting your earphone units with the 0.78-2Pin specification, please ensure that the pin grooves face outward (most earphones on the market defult to the 0.78-2Pin grooves facing outward). If you cannot distinguish the pin grooves, you can simply use the “R” and “L” silk screen prints to make the connection—just confirm that the “R” and “L” markings on the outer casing of the pins at both ends are facing outward.
The main core of the M120B cable is made of OCC with a small amount of pure silver. The shielding layer is made of high-purity silver plated OFC.
The main core of the M130B is made of high-purity OCC and the shielding layer is made of high-purity OFC.
The M130B does not have a Lightning version.
There are two pin specifications available: MMCX and 0.78-2Pin. And the MMCX pins are compatible with Sennheiser’s IE600/IE900 earphones.

HS110-MagSafe Desktop Stand

Due to the thinner and smaller size of the second-generation original MagSafe charger (Hong Kong version), it is not directly compatible with the HS110-MagSafe desktop stand.
